1. Nature of the Service
ToolHind provides free, accessible online calculation tools, tax estimators, unit converters, and utility engines designed for individuals, freelancers, and businesses in India and worldwide.
All 60+ tools on ToolHind are provided for general educational, illustrative, and informational purposes only.
2. Financial & Tax Advisory Disclaimer (Crucial)
ToolHind is NOT a registered Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm, certified financial planning bureau, or banking institution.
While our computational formulas are carefully verified against the Indian Union Budgets (2024–2026), standard Income Tax Department rules (Section 87A, 80C, 10(13A), New Tax Regime ₹75k standard deduction), EPFO norms, and RBI guidelines:
- Results generated are estimates and must not be considered binding legal or tax advice.
- Individual tax liabilities depend on individual salary structures, company policies, exemptions, and official assessment officer determinations.
- Always verify calculations with a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or tax professional before making financial investments or filing official tax returns.
3. Client-Side Execution & Zero Server Storage
ToolHind calculations, file resizings, and conversions execute locally inside your browser memory using JavaScript. We do not upload or store your salary numbers, bank inputs, or personal documents on our backend servers.
Because data is not stored remotely, clearing your browser cache, cookies, or local storage will reset your local tool history and favorites.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolHind and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, calculations and utilities provided on this platform.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
